Standard Single, Mid Index single, or Polycarbonate Lens HELP! :)?

-I am getting ready to order glasses on Zenni Optical and I am not sure if I should get Standard Single, Mid Index, or Polycarbonate lens'. The eye doctor Recomended the polycarbonate because I have a daughter, but i didnt know if there was a difference really.

My eyes are as followed:

Right: -.75 +1.00 90

Left: -.75 +1.50 95

Polycarbonate isn't necessary , they won't break anyway , and your power isn't strong enough to need a mid index
