Girls, do you like to know if a guy is working out?

-Im a guy and i have a friend on facebook (a guy) that always says hes working out and girls seem to like him a lot. What Im wondering is that if you like hearing that guys work out or if you find it annoying because you think every guy should be doing it.if i ask him what's up, then yeah its fine if he tells me he just worked out or something. but posting it on facebook? thats so desperate. that would be a MAJOR turn-off to me. most girls can tell if a guy works out or not by looking at him. if he feels the need to announce to the world when hes working out, then he probably knows hes an ugly wimp. i like when a guy is fit, but not obsessed with fitness.Its something that they dont need to tell the whole world because when you are working out you have muscles and are typically fit so its visible thru dress clothes
