Thank youIf you can ride a real bike. Change your exercises. Walk more defiantly.
If you can... kill the rice if it is not brown rice and make it plain or use some sort of flavorful seasoning. (soak brown rice before cooking also)
What sort of snack? Stick to your rainbow of veggies and your fruits if you can.
For your sandwich what sort of bread are you using? Try tuna fish or salmon salad prepared like tuna salad. Instead of potato salad try red potatoes baked or boiled.
Also if you are consuming deli brand lunch meats remember that they are processed and contain high levels of salt.
You should be drinking water throughout the day. Stay hydrated plus water helps to keep your tummy feeling full (and water is a healthy fluid to consume)
Try not to eat anything after 6:00 pm so that you can move about to let your food digest before retiring for the night.
You are doing well keep up the good work. Maybe your body has reached a weight loss plateaus for the moment. Trust me anything worth accomplishing will TAKE SOME TIME.
So give your body a chance to work properly for you. Do your own research until you can find a method of operation that best suites your time, your body and your fiances.
