Why can"t I lose stomach fat?

-okay so every day



I run 3 mi

40 sit -up

40 push ups

and some jump jacks



I pretty small already, i have a 28 in waist, and i weigh about 128

but i can get rid of my tummy fat, i stop drinking soda and candy.



what can I do? I want to have a nice body, so other guys will like meStep one, do it for you. =) Though I do understand the wanting to attract men aspect, it should be doing it to feel good first.



Eliminate grains and lower carbs in general. I guess grains tend to impact the midsection especially, and are bad just overall. Also, weight lifting and sprinting (short but intense exercises) are more effective for weight loss than cardio. Short and intense boosts metabolism for a while.Stomach fat is the most stubborn or hardest area of fat to burn off, and cardio helps so I suggest increasing your mileage or putting more effort into those three miles.
