Whats wrong with my period? It stopped, Then came back a week later?

-So I have a regural period of 28 days. It always comes on time & I can track it easily. I started my period July 19 & it ended 3 or 4 days later as usual. I think I already ovulated, because yestarday I had discharge from my body cleaning itself, But today or more like a few mintues ago I went to the bathroom, & before I wiped because I thought it was just discharge again I saw blood on the toliet paper. It wasnt heavy. Just spotting, But it was regural blood? Not light pink or nothing? I know this sounds gross but im just confused & don't want to leave anything important out. I havent been sexually active in about 3-4 months & like I said ive had my period on time everytime so im sure its not a pregnancy. What could it be? Or should I not even worry?
