Swimmers ear hurts??? :)?

-how do i get my swimmers ear to stop hurting??!i have swimmers ear now too. it sucks. ive tried ice packs, motrin, blowing a blowdrier in my ear none worked. one thing that worked temporarily was a heat pad. i have gotten antibiotic drops yesterday but they havent kicked in yet. when i get hit with the pain i usually play a game on my ipod trying to distract myself cause when you think about it it feels worse. I have heard of putting olive oil in your ear but havent tried it. And dont put Q tips in your ear or wiggle your ear, it distrupts it, because i heard its like a scab, dont pick at it. thats what i have found out if the olive il works or something else let me know so i can do the same. i hope this helped!
