-I need help, I've been puking about every 30 mins :/ - its probably from bad food, but what will make me feel better?Well to start off, you should seek medical attention because puking every 30 minutes isn't normal. Make sure to drink lots of water because you are rapidly loosing fluids that your body needs. I would suggest drinking gatorade (the electrocutes in it will help) as well as drinking plenty of water. Sprite or 7up will help however they are soda and will dehydrate you. if you are still puking, go on the B.R.A.T. (bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast.) It is important to follow the diet precisely and it will prevent puking as frequently, while allowing you to eat food. If you are still ill after a few days, go to a doctor!Profusely vomiting is a serious sign that you have either contracted food poisoning, or picked up a serious stomach bug. However the best thing for you to do now is go to the doctor.
Although, if visiting the doctor at the moment is unfeasible, than I suggest drinking a lot of water will help due to the fact that through vomiting, you are losing vast amounts of water. This will bring on extra effects like tiredness and nausea which will make you feel worse if no extra water is consumed.
Try an Alka-Seltzer or any other anti acid tablet to induce vomiting and diarrhoea. Although adding to your vast ailments already present, it may bring up what was aggravating your stomach or intestine so much that your throwing up. It may also settle the stomach, and the fizzy chalky taste will momentarily distract.
As for the comfort side, each time after you throw up, rinse your mouth with mouth wash. Quicker than brushing your teeth, it also relieves that horrid taste. Also, try standing in the shower (water running evidently) and throwing up there, mouthwash present. Although its crazy and rather revolting it actually helps you feel more clean that before.
For the while stick to plain, easy to digest foods, like bran and vegetables. Anything richer, your body will react adversely, and more of these symptoms will pursue. Drink no hot drinks, and stick to water and, if feeling marginally better, orange juice.

Ginger helps settle the stomach so drink diet ginger ale (do not drink regular the sugar will just upset your stomach further). Also SIP! the water, don't gulp it or drink it normally cause yeah that will just make you throw up again. You do need to make sure you are drinking fluids though when throwing up a lot your body is really prone to dehydration.
If it doesn't get better in 24 hours then go to the doctor.
