How long should you exercise a day to lose about 2 pounds a week?

-I'm 17, 5'4, 115. I know Im already at a good weight but I'm trying to look more fit and have my abs show. right no im just complete flab haha. I have a very healthy diet already, and I do an insanity workout and jog for 30 minutes every day (usually, sometimes Ill only do one of the other, but I try to do both every day)

how much time should I exercise? cause I havent lost anything doing what I am doing.The Special K Diet! It;s not really a diet, u just eat special k cereal for breakfast and lunch(dont worry, special k is one of the best tasting cereals) instead of what you would normally eat, and u lose 2 pounds per week. i did it for about a month and a half and went from 129 to 113Lift some weights to strengthen your body. Do some core workouts and back workouts too (to help support your body). As for loosing weight (fat) RUN! A good way of running is Football (Soccer). Your constantly running in soccer and its a hell of a workout! Trust me, I played soccer this year and it was ridiculously FUN and gave a VERY good workout. Look at all the Pro soccer players, they're in hella shape and look very good (no homo)! Eat whole grains and avoid fatty foods and junk foods. Whole grains will give your body the long lasting carbs and you will feel fuller and more energetic with whole grains. A good whole grain cereal is Kashi. In order to lose that much weight, you will need to do ALOT of aerobic exercises like running, soccer, swimming and riding your bike.
since you are worried about looking more lean and having abs show and you are already at an amazing weight and shouldn't try to lose any more. I would do strength training as well as worry a lot more on my diet. Abs are mostly based on your diet. Lower fat and carbs however makef sure it is BALANCED. Good luck.
