Am I starving myself/ anerexic?

-Mentally there's nothing wrong. I don't have a big issue with my weight and I don't have a problem eating. I love food. But I've been cutting down alot. I've eating about 1000 calories daily the past two weeks. It fills me up and it's healthier foods. My waist has gone down about 2 inches. My mom is concerned I'm starving myself, and I honestly don't think I am.i''d say ur fine! just dont overdo ityou need to eat a minimum of 1400 calories. This can change depending upon your height and weight, but for all people the minimum is 1400. Cutting back on specifically fats/carbohydrates is never healthy, even if you are trying to eat healthier. More fruits/vegetables as a substitute for other things is not healthy unless a doctor recommends it specifically to you. Two inches in two weeks isn't healthy in general. Have your parents take you to see a nutritionist if you are interested in eating healthy. In the meantime, no less than 1400 calories.
Mabey you should eat more in front of your mom, but an easy way to cut down is just drinking two glasses of ice water before every meal, or just as simple as eating balsamic vinegar on pasta (it cuts down 20% of your waistline over time)
your just conscious to your body figure. but if your eating 1000 kcal daily but your required calorie is higher than that therefore you're weight will really decrease. ! so you should check out dietetian or nutritionist for your proper caloric intake.
You need 1,600 about. Try eating high calorie protons bars. If your eating vegetables that fills you up by expanding your stomach but may not have many calories.
Can you see all your ribs and hipbones sticking out? If so, you are now gross and need some food before you canabolize your heart muscle.
