-Hi I'm 15 and wonder what is the best and easiest way to tone you tummy. Websites or what you have had success with. Please and thanks:)Eat healthier and smaller portions. Get at *least* ten minutes of excercise every day. Eat yogurt with live active probiotic cultures. This is VERY important, don't skip it! It helps digest food better and keep everything moving. Very easy to find at supermarkets. Remember excess sugar turns into fat, so avoid lots of sweets and high-sugar foods. Drink *lots* of water to prevent bloating, which can make you look and feel bigger than you are. Avoid lots of sodium, because that causes instant bloating. Eat everything whole grain, you'll find most of it tastes the same as refined products. This is also very important. If you don't drink it already, switch your milk to fat-free milk. Although it sounds backwards, make sure to get your fair share of MONOUNSATURATED fats, AKA the "good" fats. These are found in olive oil, avocados, nuts, fish, etc. Eating these will help you keep a good weight and lose weight over time. If you want a nice, hourglass figure with a nipped in waist, AVOID working your abs too much, no matter what anyone says. You will not make things smaller by building up the muscles. Your first priority should be diet. No matter how much you exercise, diet is everything. Your next priority should be cardio. If you want a slim hourglass figure, work your chest and shoulder muscles, and your butt and thighs. This will give the illusion of a smaller waist. If you want rock hard six-pack abs, then you want to work on your abs a lot. But if you want the "golden proportion" figure, ab work should be your last priority.
And lastly, but MOST IMPORTANTLY-
You are beautiful. Period. Whether you have a beautiful soft figure, gorgeous curves, a lovely hourglass, or powerful athletic abs, whatever it is, YOU. ARE. PERFECT. the way you are. Don't change yourself for anyone, if your concern is your health, then more power to you. Being healthy is fabulous. But don't overwork yourself or starve yourself, because I can guarantee you look more beautiful than any model ever could, right now, as you are. Make sure to check in with doctors and maintain a good body image.
