What do you say to someone doesn't believe in depression?

-Why don't they think it's real? Don't they know how hard it is to have depression?My ex boss felt that way too. He said that depression isn't in the Bible. I told him that the word dinosaur wasn't either. They said dragons. The word dinosaur wasn't until the late 1800's. Elijah the prophet went through depression after Jessa belle was hunting him. God had him get some sleep, then have ravens bring him meat and sent him on another project.

That means get some sleep, eat properly and do something to make things better.
