Please help me! Cut/bleeding gentials?

-I'm a 17 year old female.

I went to visit my friend tonight who was camping in a field. On the way back I climbed a fence, I had one leg over and landed straight on my privates. The fence was curved one side and flat the other so sort of pointy). It hurt like hell (8/10 on a pain scale) and hurt all the way home. I've just looked as I've gotten home and theres bleeding around my clitoris as it looks to me like ive sliced a little of my vulva. It still hurts (5/10) What do I do?Put some antiseptic on it (sorry for the pain) and leave it alone. It's just a cut, it will heal in time.
