Most effective way to burn fat?

-I know cardio, but how long and what should I do? Like treadmill or elliptical. How often should I do it/ And whats the most effective way to do it? Is morning better than evening to work out?

Thanks, (:most effective way is through some kind of weight training, metabolism boosting foods spread throughout the day, and H.I.I.T high intensity interval training. If you have access to a tread mill i would advise 3 times a week do something like this walk at 1-2 mph warm up 5 mins, after warm up increase speed to 2.5 mph keep it on this speed the rest of the time but, every 2 mins do a full out sprint with speeds as high as you can go for 15-30 seconds. Also maintain a healthy 2000 calorie diet with at least one good source of protein a dayRun a thousand miles
