Is this a cold or allergies?

-I have been feeling not-so-well for about a month, but I'm not sure if it's just a cold I can't get over or allergies. I haven't taken any medicine because I don't want to if I don't have to.

Symptoms:

Chest Cough

Stuffy Nose

Always Tired
