-i had stop birth control for about a month due to a mistake buy my insurance company... but i want to take my birth control now even tho i haven't a period... i usuallly have irregular painful periods with blood clots.. (tmi) im wondering is it safe for me to start now because i dont want to experience the painful period any more (im a virgin and i dont plan on having sex anytime soon) HELPStart the birth control the Sunday after your first period.
If you period starts on Monday, wait until Sunday to take it.
If it starts on Sunday, take it that Sunday.
