Can I lose 10 pounds in 28 days?

-i'm a girl- 14 years old. I'm 5'2 and about 126lbs, i think like 21% fat... im gonna start highschool in like a month and i seriously need to lose the weight, i try to go on 3-4 mile walks each day and im vegitarean :P10 pounds? That's an easy fix.



First drink lots of water. You would be surprised how much water your supposed to be drinking a day. Based on your weight I know you should be drinking roughly 7 8oz glasses of water a day. to get that divide your weight by 2.2 and than the answer by 8. Also don't starve yourself!! This is a self defeating habit! Your body will start storing the food away causing you to gain weight. Eat around 6 small meals a day. This will boost your metabolism helping you lose weight ^_^



Second, you need to stretch. One source of extra weight is the lactic acid that builds up in your muscles. This is what causes knots in your back. Stretch when you wake up, before and after exorcise and before you go to sleep. When you drink water and stretch it helps to cleans your body of the acids. It is possible to lose a pound from this detox.



third, exorcise!!! I am not at all saying you need to push yourself like rocky. Only that you should work up a sweat. Add a light jog to your walk. Bring a watch and walk for 2 minutes than jog for 30 seconds, repeat. Increasing the time you jog as it becomes easier.



In conclusion water + proper eating + exorcise + STRETCHING = Quick, healthy weightloss!!



I know they have pills and such but this way is tried and true and will leave you feeling amazing every single day. good luck!Yes you can ! :D My friend he was somewhat on a diet . He just made sure not to eat bread too much and he lost 6 pounds in a week ! :D Just from not eating bread ! :D And that's good how your walking I guess , but try jogging or jump roping .
you will lose weigh as you go your perfect! your short and not to skinny, and you walk which tones those legs and your a vegitarean which means your goign to be eating leafs and what not aka starving your body.
Watch the documentary called "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" it's amazing. All juice diet, all fresh fruits and veggies made into juice. A friend lost 15 pounds in 5 days.
ohmygod your only 14! you can but its not healthy and u gain it back quickly.
You need more vigorous exercise than walking to even have a little bit of hope.
Just eat heathy and small portions. Maybe you should try jogging, you will see results faster.
